Elevate fundraising efforts as the Philanthropy Director l's Foundation. Drive major gifts and donor engagement strategies in a hybrid work setting.
This full-time, permanent position directly reports to the Executive Director of Providence Programs. You will integrate strategic leadership with an emphasis on principal gifts and cultivate high-impact donor relationships. Your leadership will help establish a thriving culture of philanthropy focused on achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Executive Director on fundraising strategies
• Develop and mentor a robust philanthropy team
• Manage major gift donor relationships and strategies
• Oversee strategic prospect assignment and data practices
• Facilitate planned giving conversations with donors
Requirements:
• Degree in Business or related field required
• At least 8 years of experience in philanthropy
• Successful record in securing major gifts
• Advanced skills in donor management systems
• CFRE or equivalent designation preferred
