As a mentor, you will be paired with young individuals aged 7‑17, offering consistent support through weekly interactions. Create that crucial safe space for sharing, growth, and reaching personal goals. Your involvement will include training and community participation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Commit to weekly one-on-one or group mentoring sessions
• Foster a secure environment for sharing personal topics
• Attend provided training sessions consistently
• Participate in local events and volunteer opportunities
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient English communication skills
• Counselor experiences are a plus
• Must be 19 or older and identify as female or gender-diverse
