Fund Development Specialist at PLEA

In this full-time role, you will develop innovative fundraising strategies aimed at expanding PLEA's services and reach. Candidates should have a proven track record in fundraising, relationship management, and proposal writing. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement annual fundraising and communication plans

• Manage prospects and execute donor solicitation strategies

• Build and maintain relationships with major donors

• Draft case statements and funding proposals

• Coordinate fundraising and donor appreciation initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• At least two years of experience in fundraising

• CFRE designation preferred

• Experience in not-for-profit organizations

• Strong attention to detail and public presentation skills
