Position: Covenant House Major Giving Manager
Lead impactful fundraising efforts at Covenant House Vancouver as a Major Giving Manager. Drive engagement and support for youth in need while managing a dedicated team and major donor relationships.

In this managerial role, you'll report to the Director of Philanthropy & Special Projects and spearhead CHV's fundraising strategy, focusing on individual major giving. Your leadership will guide a team of philanthropy officers while managing a substantial portfolio of major donors, ensuring that fundraising goals of over $2.8 million annually are met with integrity and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Individual Major Giving team to reach $2.8M revenue

• Coach team through weekly meetings and strategic planning

• Build relationships with major donors, securing $25K+ gifts

• Act as an ambassador for Covenant House in the community

• Create customized proposals and engaging donor presentations

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in major gift fundraising experience

• 3+ years in management or team leadership

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Raisers Edge NXT

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Passion for youth homelessness and social issues
