In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the Director of Philanthropy & Special Projects, overseeing a team of five Philanthropy Officers. Your focus will include the Mid-Level & Community Giving strategy, directly contributing to the organization's ongoing efforts to support youth facing homelessness. You'll provide coaching, foster relationships with donors, and implement strategic fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and manage the Mid-Level & Community Giving team
• Develop strategies for the Tribute Giving program
• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of donors
• Act as an ambassador for Covenant House in the community
• Collaborate on strategic fundraising goals and projects
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of fundraising experience
• 3+ years in a management role
• Proven ability to solicit major gifts effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Raisers Edge NXT
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Lead fundraising efforts with passion and purpose at Covenant House Vancouver to support youth in need.
