As a Program Coordinator, you will supervise a variety of programs, ensuring that clients receive quality support through fine arts, addictions, and life skills sessions. Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery and build strong relationships. Your expertise in trauma-informed care and program evaluation will be instrumental in enhancing the lives of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement lesson plans for client programs
• Supervise mental health and addictions programming
• Coordinate with community partners for service access
• Train and evaluate volunteers and practicum students
• Maintain program materials and resources
Requirements:
• Two years of program facilitation experience
• Certification in First Aid/CPR and crisis intervention
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Class Five BC Driver’s License
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices
