Your leadership will involve coordinating with various portfolio units to strategize fundraising efforts and personally securing major gifts of $25,000 and beyond while nurturing relationships with complex stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the prospect pipeline and strategic planning

• Oversee campaign support and team operations

• Ensure compliance in donation reporting and records

• Implement donor recognition and stewardship programs

• Lead a personal portfolio of major gift prospects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Minimum five years of fundraising or alumni relation experience
