Position: Senior Development Officer for Salmon Conservation
Elevate the Pacific Salmon Foundation's mission as a Senior Development Officer. Lead fundraising strategies focused on corporate partnerships and donor engagement to drive essential revenue.

In this strategic role, you will lead fundraising initiatives at PSF, primarily targeting major gifts. The Senior Development Officer will collaborate with the development and marketing teams to align efforts with the organization’s goals, ensuring that fundraising activities contribute directly to the mission of conserving Pacific salmon. This includes identifying new partnership opportunities and managing existing donor portfolios effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the major gifts fundraising strategy

• Build and maintain relationships with key corporate partners

• Create customized fundraising documents for donors

• Research potential donors and partnership opportunities

• Analyze donor metrics and track progress effectively

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline

• Minimum of 5 years in a development position

• Strong skills in donor engagement and communication

• Experience with fundraising software and CRM systems

• Excellent writing and research capabilities
