Position: Coordinator for Community Engagement and Volunteers
Lead volunteer services and community engagement at Louis Brier Home and Hospital in a full-time capacity. As Coordinator, you'll drive impactful programs and student placements that enrich the community.

The position reports to the Director of Human Resources, focusing on recruiting, managing, and supporting volunteers and student placements at Louis Brier and the Weinberg Residence.

Your role emphasizes creating connections between volunteers, students, and the community through educational partnerships and strategic initiatives, all aligned with a mission of person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and evaluate volunteers to meet organizational needs

• Coordinate student placements with educational institutions

• Plan volunteer and student recognition initiatives

• Develop strong community and educational partnerships

• Conduct and analyze feedback surveys for program improvement

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate degree in a relevant field

• 3-5 years in volunteer or community coordination

• Experience with Jewish traditions is a plus

• Excellent organizational and public relations skills

• Proficient in managing multiple stakeholder relationships
