Key Responsibilities:

• Create and lead dynamic children’s classes

• Recruit and support a dedicated volunteer team

• Plan and organize community engagement events

• Maintain child safety measures and risk assessments

• Deliver pastoral care to children and their families

Requirements:

• 3-5 years relevant ministry experience

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Knowledge of child safety regulations

• Relevant educational credentials in ministry

• Willingness to align with the church’s goals
