Join CAN as a full-time Program Coordinator in the Lower Mainland, focusing on sports and recreation for youth. Manage programs while fostering community relationships in a hybrid-remote model.
Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Program Coordinator drives planning, implementation, and evaluation of CAN programs in the Lower Mainland. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, overseeing staff, and ensuring quality delivery of programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about autism support and has experience in program coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of sport and recreation programs
• Manage annual budget and seasonal program schedules
• Support staff through training and supervision
• Build community partnerships and maintain relationships
• Conduct program evaluations and identify improvements
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant fields preferred
• Previous experience in program coordination
• Knowledge of behavior support strategies
• Valid BC Driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
