As a fixed-term apprentice for 38 weeks, you’ll support the Sustainable Workforce Coalition while engaging in vital activities such as developing workforce attraction materials and contributing to strategic climate projects.
Your role emphasizes youth perspectives in the clean energy sector, encouraging participation in sustainability and climate action initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop worker profiles for clean economy roles
• Conduct research on climate sustainability occupations
• Support the drafting of job profiles and materials
• Assist in developing labour market insights briefs
• Help organize SWC Steering Committee meetings
Requirements:
• Must be between 17-30 years old
• 2+ years of experience in sustainability or related fields
• Strong research and writing skills
• Interest in climate careers and youth engagement
• Flexibility for varied work hours
