Position: Growth and Stewardship Animator Position
Become a key player in community faith development with The United Church of Canada as a Growth and Stewardship Animator. This full-time role supports diverse communities and requires strong leadership in ministry.

This permanent position operates within the Pacific Mountain region, aiming to enrich church outreach and sustainability. You will advance strategic initiatives under Toward 2035, support existing communities of faith, and foster new congregations. Collaborate closely with regional staff and volunteers to build relationships and enhance the church's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement regional strategies supporting Toward 2035

• Cultivate relationships with existing communities of faith

• Assist in planning intercultural and multigenerational outreach

• Develop initiatives for new faith communities

• Analyze data to inform planning and program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in theology or related field

• Minimum four years in congregational leadership or outreach

• Experience in stewardship development and project management

• Strong relational and communication abilities

• Knowledge of United Church principles and practices
