Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies

• Lead the major gifts program to increase donor contributions

• Cultivate relationships with donors and stakeholders

• Monitor and analyze fundraising performance metrics

• Represent the Foundation at community events and meetings

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of progressive fundraising experience

• Proven success in securing major gifts and partnerships

• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills

• Experience with donor management systems

• Understanding of public health landscape and issues
