Director of Development Outreach

Position: Director of Development at Quest Outreach
Elevate your nonprofit impact as the Director of Development and Communications at Quest Outreach Society in Vancouver. This role champions fundraising and donor relations while focusing on community engagement and communications.

As a vital member of Quest’s Senior Leadership Team, you’ll leverage your fundraising experience to grow annual revenue and manage campaign strategies. You will develop lasting relationships with donors, seek grants and corporate sponsor ships, while enhancing public awareness through effective communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive fund development strategy

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors and partners

• Initiate seasonal fundraising campaigns and special initiatives

• Manage grant applications and reporting processes

• Lead external communications for public trust and engagement

Requirements:

• Several years in fund development or nonprofit communications

• Proven grant writing and donor relationship management skills

• Strong project management abilities with multiple priorities

• Experience with donor databases and CRM systems

• Commitment to Quest’s mission on food insecurity
