Chill Youth Program Coordinator

Join Chill Vancouver as the Program & Community Coordinator and lead youth-focused board sport experiences that build resilience and inclusivity. Engage with the community through impactful programming.

In this role, you’ll coordinate and facilitate Chill’s innovative programs in Vancouver, British Columbia. Your responsibilities will include managing program logistics, engaging youth through experiential learning, and ensuring adherence to Chill’s core values of equity and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate relationship-building with agencies and mentors

• Facilitate group activities and ensure program quality

• Manage gear storage and transportation logistics

• Foster alumni relationships through ongoing engagement

• Document program success and feedback for improvement

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in youth programming

• Based in Vancouver, familiar with the community

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365

• Valid driver’s license for transportation
