Position: Coordinator for Ocean Wise Philanthropy Team
Take on the role of Philanthropy Coordinator at Ocean Wise and help us grow our donor base while supporting vital fundraising efforts. Work in a hybrid setting to engage donors through innovative outreach strategies.

This full-time position focuses on direct response initiatives to cultivate relationships with both new and seasoned supporters. You will coordinate fundraising events, interact with donors, and ensure effective data management. Your attention to detail and experience in donor engagement will drive our philanthropic goals forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support annual giving campaigns with engaging outreach strategies

• Maintain and manage donor databases for accurate communications

• Organize activities for donor engagement and appreciation

• Coordinate logistics for third-party fundraising events

• Respond to donor inquiries and provide information

Requirements:

• Experience in fundraising or nonprofit sectors required

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant studies or comparable experience

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
