Are you a strategic, community-minded leader who thrives on turning vision into measurable impact? SHARE Family & Community Services is seeking a Revenue Development Manager to drive our long-term financial sustainability and lead a dedicated team making a tangible difference across the Tri-Cities.
The RoleReporting directly to the Director of Development & Community Relations, you will serve as an operational leader driving the strategy, execution, and team oversight for SHARE’s revenue development. In this role, you will exercise independent judgment to manage fundraising initiatives, optimize departmental operations, and champion employee development through direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship.
Key Impact Areas- Lead the execution of our annual fundraising plan to achieve SHARE’s $3 million revenue goal across individual giving, corporate sponsor ships, online campaigns, grants, and planned giving.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate department staff and direct reports, establishing clear performance goals, KPIs, and professional growth opportunities.
- Build and advance a personal portfolio of donors and prospects through systematic identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
- Partner with Directors across Youth Mental Health, the Food Bank, Early Years, and Newcomer programs to co-create compelling cases for support and high-converting grant proposals.
- Direct the execution, budgeting, and sponsorship sourcing for major initiatives, including SHARE’s annual IMAGINE gala.
- Oversee volunteer engagement frameworks, donor database reporting and forecasting, vendor contracts, and brand alignment across all external fundraising activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in fundraising, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). CFRE designation is considered an asset.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience implementing comprehensive fundraising and community partnership programs with proven success across multiple revenue streams.
- 3+ years of direct supervisory experience hiring, developing, and evaluating team members.
- Deep knowledge of donor cultivation strategies, grant writing, database management, and campaign execution. Experience in non-profit operations, communications, or community engagement is a strong asset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft inspiring proposals, grant applications, and donor stewardship materials.
- Strong organizational skills to manage complex campaigns, databases, metrics, and multistakeholder initiatives seamlessly.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven track record of engaging donors, board members, volunteers, and community leaders.
- Strong multicultural competence and alignment with SHARE’s core values (multilingual skills are a welcome asset).
