Each resort hosts several restaurants and bars offering premium all‑inclusive service, from buffets to plated service, show‑cooking experiences, and festive events. The Assistant Restaurant Manager supervises a team of 10‑30 staff, works with the restaurant manager to organise service, and ensures quality in dining rooms with 600‑1,000 covers per service.

• Supervise a team of 10 to 30 restaurant employees.
• Assist the restaurant manager in the organisation of the service and the management of the resort’s restaurant teams.
• Ensure the quality of the welcome, the set‑up, and the service in the dining room (600 to 1,000 covers per service).
• Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development.
• Develop additional sales and participate in optimising the economic results of the service.
• Manage stocks and orders of products, consumables, small hotel equipment (PMH) and linen (tablecloths, towels, etc.).
• Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of resort assets.
