Position: Lux Culinary Lead: Sous Chef in World-Class Dining
A luxury hotel in Vancouver is seeking a Sous Chef to join its culinary team. In this role, you will oversee kitchen activities, support menu development, and lead kitchen staff while maintaining high culinary standards. Qualified candidates should have 5–7 years of culinary experience and require Red Seal Certification.
