Marine Drive Golf Club is currently seeking positive, engaging and motivated Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. Both Full‑Time and Part‑time positions are available starting February 25th.

Our beautiful Tudor‑style clubhouse and welcoming membership have a long tradition of hosting fun and memorable dining events. Our Servers play a key role in elevating events and dining experiences and in developing meaningful connections with our members.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Warmly welcome and engage with members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.
  • Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring clear communication and attention to special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, professionally, and courteously, maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the full menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and beverage offerings, to make recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
  • Maintain a well‑stocked and organized service station, ensuring sufficient supplies of cutlery, linens, condiments, and other essentials.
  • Provide exceptional service that aligns with the club’s high standards, catering to members’ and guests’ needs with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates, offering assistance when needed to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors, proactively handling assigned duties and responding to spontaneous requests with flexibility and efficiency.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 1 year of Front of House Serving and/or Banquet experience.
  • Team players who are friendly, positive, and reliable.
  • Must be able to provide outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to lift trays of food or food items up to 30 lbs occasionally.
  • Valid Serving It Right Certification.
  • Ability to reliably commute to the Club.
