Prepare and cook assigned menu items following recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelinesAssist with mise en place, station setup, and service preparationMaintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentationFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health & safety proceduresSupport inventory rotation, labeling, and proper storage of food productsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workstationAssist with receiving deliveries and proper storage as requiredWork collaboratively with the culinary team to support smooth daily operationsSupport other kitchen areas as needed to meet operational demandsOther duties assignedQualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Culinary training or equivalent kitchen experience preferredMinimum 1–2 years of cooking experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or high-volume kitchen environmentBasic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operationsUnderstanding of food safety and sanitation standardsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFood Safe certificateAdditional Information
Your team and working environment:
You will work as part of a collaborative culinary team
, supporting Cooks, Supervisors, and Culinary leadership to deliver high-quality food and consistent service.
