Food services manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, menu pricing, cost control, staff supervision, inventory management, health & safety compliance, and customer service in a fast‑paced urban restaurant.

• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff and set work schedules
• Supervise and train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Cost products and services
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
