This is a full-time on-site role located in Vancouver, BC, for a Server at VIJ'S FOOD LIMITED. The Server will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, providing menu recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The role also requires effective communication with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Qualifications- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service protocols and safety standards
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is considered an asset
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
