• 1+ year of previous cafe management/supervisor experience
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality
• Barista skills – experience in the preparation of espresso‑based coffee drinks
• A calm, confident, and kind presence with guests and staff
• Experience with ordering, inventory management, scheduling, and payroll
• Food Safe Level 1 certification
