Founded in 1999, Zaatar W Zeit is a Lebanese fast-casual restaurant chain that specializes in serving wholesome and freshly prepared authentic Lebanese street food with a twist. The chain is expanding into the North American market with so far 2 locations in Canada. We are currently looking for a full-time Food Service Supervisor at our main restaurant on Granville Street. The ideal candidate speaks excellent English, thrives as part of a team, and performs confidently under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Lead front-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service and an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee the dining area, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, accuracy, and hospitality.
• Act as the key link between kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Plan team schedules effectively by aligning staffing levels with operational needs to make the best use of available resources.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and brand consistency.
• Manage and place orders based on accurate forecasting to ensure adequate supply while minimizing waste.
• Coach, motivate, and support team members to uphold service standards and positive teamwork.
• Enforce food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols throughout the shift.
• Handle cash-outs, POS balancing, and end-of-shift reports accurately.
• Support management in achieving daily sales goals through strong service execution and upselling.
• Ensure every guest feels welcomed, and every shift reflects Zaatar W Zeit’s quality and brand values.

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school
• Flexible availability for weekends & holidays
• Food safe level 1
• Serving it Right certificate
• 2-3 years of experience in restaurants
