Cafe General Manager

We’re looking for a General Manager to lead store performance across guest experience, team development, and financial results. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running all aspects of the business, perfect for someone who thrives on the floor rather than behind a desk.

• Drive Operations: Oversee daily service flow, staffing, and on-the-floor troubleshooting.
• Manage the Metrics: Control labour, COGS, and inventory to meet KPIs and overall financial store performance.
• Uphold Standards: Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and brand consistency.

• Experience: 1–3+ years of management experience in a café, restaurant, or high-volume retail environment.
• Leadership: A proven track record of team development and conflict resolution.
• Business Acumen: Solid understanding of labour management, cost control, and daily operations.
• Adaptability: The ability to perform and keep a cool head in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
