Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items based on required specifications and recipes

• Maintain high standards of food safety and quality

• Use diverse kitchen equipment correctly and safely

• Keep waste to a minimum through proper raw material management

• Work cohesively with other kitchen and service teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year cooking experience in catering/hotel environments

• At least 2 years specializing in Asian cuisine

• Ability to operate in a time-sensitive environment

• Secure Transport Canada Security Clearance
