$18.75-$21 an hour plus a GUARANTEED minimum tip share of $4 an hour in tips = $22.75-$25 an hour starting compensation - even for brand new hires!

- Maintains a clean and organized working space

- Remains calm, maintains perspective, and responds in a professional manner when faced with tough situations
- Must be able to lift and carry boxes
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours
- Minimum 2 years kitchen prep experience
