Alibi Room is looking for an experienced Server/Bartender to join our team in Gastown.
We’re looking for someone who is confident working in a busy bar and restaurant environment, provides friendly and efficient service, and is comfortable handling both table service and bar duties when required.
The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits, be comfortable managing a busy section, and work well as part of a team. Our weekends can be fast-paced, so experience and the ability to stay organized under pressure are important.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
- Ability to work efficiently during busy services
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Valid Serving It Right certification
