Professional restaurant Bartender

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and detail-oriented Bartender to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love standard-setting hospitality, and want creative freedom behind the bar, this role is for you.

In this position, you will execute high-level beverage service, craft refined cocktails, and collaborate closely with our Sommelier and Wine Director to curate balanced drink pairings and an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Cocktail Mastery & Creation: Prepare classic cocktails with precision and take the lead on designing unique, seasonal special cocktails for our menu.

  Work alongside our Wine Director and Sommelier to align beverage offerings with our food menu and wine program.

• French Culinary & Beverage Knowledge: Apply your knowledge of French cuisine, traditional techniques, and service standards to guide guest recommendations and pairings.

  Provide warm, efficient, and attentive hospitality at the bar, keeping a clean, organized, and stocked workspace.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge and experience crafting classic cocktails.

• Deep understanding of French food and classic service standards.

• Proven experience in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant or cocktail bar environment.

• Availability to work 4 to 5 shifts per week, primarily evening shifts from Thursday through Sunday.

• Passion for creative mixology, ingredient sourcing, and beverage trends.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
