Slice Slice Baby is opening a 48-hour sourdough pizza shop at 675 Smithe Street in downtown Vancouver. Planned opening:
November 1, 2026.
We’re hiring an experienced pizza and dough lead for our opening kitchen team.
About the role
You’ll handle dough preparation and fermentation, stretch and bake pizzas, maintain quality and food safety, and help train the kitchen team. Experience managing pizza dough and busy service is important. Dough shifts may start at 9 a.m.
Pay and schedule
Pay within the advertised range is based on relevant skills and experience.
Shifts are planned for 6.5–8 worked hours, up to 40 hours weekly. Start date and individual schedule will be agreed.
Public hours are Sunday–Thursday, 11 a.m.–11 p.m., and Friday–Saturday, 11 a.m.–3 a.m. the next morning.
Closing shifts include paid cleanup, usually finishing at 11:30 p.m. or 3:30 a.m.
