This casual Cook position supports Sunrise Senior Living’s resident-centered dining experience. You will prepare meals, follow dietary modifications, and maintain kitchen standards. The work includes food preparation, production records, sanitation, and dining service support.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals using standardized recipes and menus
Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
Stock, rotate, date, and store food safely
Lead food production when the coordinator is absent
Requirements:
Follow food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
Complete cleaning logs and maintenance reports
Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
Work as a casual employee on an as-needed basis
Bring meal preparation, dietary awareness, and kitchen safety skills to Sunrise Senior Living residents in Vancouver.
