Your Role & ImpactAs a Senior Sales Executive
, you will own the full sales cycle and play a critical role in Del Gate’s revenue growth. This is not a junior hunting role—we are looking for someone who can sell complex logistics solutions
, build long-term relationships, and close meaningful deals.
- Own high-value accounts: Prospect, qualify, and close mid-market to enterprise clients across warehousing, fulfillment, freight, and last-mile delivery.
- Sell solutions, not rates: Understand customer operations and design tailored logistics strategies that solve real business problems.
- Lead the sales process end-to-end: From discovery and solution design to pricing, negotiation, and contract close.
- Build long-term partnerships: Become a trusted advisor to clients, not just a vendor.
- Collaborate internally: Work closely with operations, pricing, and leadership to ensure feasibility, profitability, and execution excellence.
- Influence growth strategy: Provide market feedback, help refine offerings, and contribute to Del Gate’s go-to-market direction.

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
, ideally in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or complex services. - Demonstrated success closing mid- to large-deal sizes with decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling skills—comfortable running discovery, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and ownership.
- Experience selling 3PL, fulfillment, freight, or last-mile services.
- Existing book of business or industry relationships.
- Experience working with CRM systems and data-driven sales processes.
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups.
- Strong compensation package: Competitive base salary plus aggressive, performance-based commissions.
