Group Sales Associate

The Wilson’s Group of Companies is a locally owned and operated ground transportation and tour company serving Vancouver Island and Vancouver. In operation since 1962, we are a trusted provider known for our exceptional service, transporting groups large and small from one destination to another – safely and on time.

As a Group Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for incoming coach charters and rentals. This role is primarily responsible for completing bookings from initial contact through to follow-up to ensure the development of ongoing client relations. In addition, they will play a role in generating revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and promoting our services to prospective customers.

2 plus years’ experience in a customer service-related role.

1 plus years’ experience in an administrative or office role.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.

Tourism, transportation, sales, or account management experience is an asset.
