Account Executive

A global SaaS group powering the nonprofit and faith-based sectors is expanding its North American team in Vancouver.

With a portfolio of leading platforms this organisation supports thousands of purpose-driven organisations across the globe to grow donations, deepen supporter relationships, and streamline operations.

Backed by strong growth and a clear expansion strategy, they are hiring an experienced Account Executive to help scale their North American presence from Vancouver.

This is a full-cycle, outbound-focused AE role. You will take ownership of building and converting your own pipeline while partnering closely with marketing and SDR support.

• Build and maintain a strong outbound pipeline to exceed revenue targets
• Run consultative discovery calls with nonprofit decision-makers
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to client pain points
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer success
• Contribute to North American go-to-market strategy as the team scales

• 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota (ideally in outbound roles)
• Experience managing a full sales cycle independently
• Strong consultative and value-based selling capability
• Experience selling into nonprofits, associations, or mission-driven organisations is highly advantageous

• $108K base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $180K)
