Senior Account Executive

Overview

The day-to-day involves supporting external partners in delivering value to clients by developing and presenting insights that are relevant to client needs and the wider Aon business. This role focuses on working with various projects and clients to shape their future and contribute to meaningful outcomes within a global organization.

Responsibilities
  • Growth and Business Results:
    Accountable for performing the in-country Health Solutions growth plan and focused on business results and growth.
  • Lead, manage and execute the agreed growth plan, budget for the allocated client portfolio, and contribute to the annual planning cycle.
  • Manage the growth planning framework with regular focus on the Market Assessment process.
  • Handle revenue, profitability, and timely billing and collection (working capital) for each client.
  • Shared ownership of the Pipeline with Health Solutions Sales Leaders.
  • Coordinate, align and focus resources to pipeline opportunities.
  • Stay on track and increase year-on-year client retention ratio.
  • Develop customized solutions to address client/prospect needs.
  • Client Ownership:
    Constantly identifying valuable clients and opportunities, developing client relationships that positively influence sales, client retention, and relationship expansion.
  • Maintain a positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase partnership strength.
  • Maintain knowledge of groundbreaking products and ideas in the benefits arena (life, medical, flexible benefits, benefits administration, and other people solutions).
  • Operational Excellence:
    Ensure accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platforms.
  • Review outgoing client documents including renewal contracts and client workshop communications/decks.
  • Review, benchmark, and analyze claim utilization data to identify over-utilization and provide cost-management recommendations.
  • Handle client records including policy copies, utilization, invoices, etc.
  • Leadership:
    Build trusted relationships with leadership to facilitate collaboration and Aon United opportunities.
  • Develop team strengths, address gaps in expertise, and identify HiPo talent.
  • Serve as a support and escalation point for team members.
  • Monitor service delivery of Account Executives.
