Who We Are Seeking
We are seeking a motivated and capable Sales Business Development Representative based in Vancouver to join our team. In this role you will provide support to the sales team in getting Fatigue Science into the hands of the customers who need it. Reporting to the VP, Revenue and working closely with the sales and marketing team, you will work on a variety of activities to support our go to market strategy.
You will be responsible for expanding our client base using prospecting strategies to identify potential customers, You will initiate the first outreach, schedule and participate in discovery calls, and support sales demonstrations. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business in a growth stage.
What You’ll Do
Identify sales opportunities and get in contact (cold-calls, emails) and develop relationships with key stakeholders to present our productGenerate customer leads and initiate sales calls to maintain a healthy pipelineLeverage sales enablement tools, ensuring they reflect the requirements of the sales team and are being used effectively throughout the sales processAttend client meetings, take detailed notes, assist in defining deliverables and summarize for attendeesAssist in the preparation of presentations for prospect, client meetings and conferencesConduct research for proposals and market development activitiesProspect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts and inbound prospects to create sales-ready leads and opportunitiesComfortable with a monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation and activity quotaSupport with CRM (Salesforce) administration, process and data management and trainingLiaise with sales and marketing teams to plan and support with demand generation activities such as trade show attendance, webinars, and workshopsSummarize status of opportunities to the appropriate AEsRequirements
SaaS software sales process knowledge and experienceSalesforce and/or Hubspot CRM ExperienceExperience with lead generation and prospect managementPersuasive and goal-orientedStrong verbal, written, and presentation skillsPrevious experience in an inbound/outbound sales or related sales experienceKnowledge of sales process from initiation to closeSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environmentHighly organizedTime management skillsComfortable with a hybrid work model, including an in-office presence of up to days per week at our Vancouver based officeWhat We Offer
