About the Role

Morningstar is looking for a full‑time New Home Sales Manager to work in our Abbotsford sales office.

Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, the New Home Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of new homes while delivering exceptional customer experience from first contact to move‑in.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers
  • Consult with buyers to understand their needs and recommend the right homes
  • Qualify leads and convert prospects into confident purchasers
  • Guide customers through every stage of the home‑buying and building process
  • Provide construction updates and coordinate home walkthroughs
  • Build strong, lasting relationships by clearly managing customer expectations
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets
  • Market yourself and our homes creatively while upholding Morningstar’s brand and values
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure customer requirements are delivered
  • Conduct show home tours and guide buyers through the purchase process
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, schedule appointments, and provide timely follow‑up

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in New Single Family Home sales.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
  • Comfortable using office equipment, Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint), CRM and accounting software (Salesforce or similar).
  • Office hours include both Saturday and Sunday, with scheduled days off during the week.
