AboutThe Role
We’re currently seeking a Territory Sales Representative for a region in the Lower Mainland. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new customer sales and building long-term relationships to grow our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Increase sales by optimizing product selection and introducing new products.
- Support customers with merchandising updates and product information.
- Respond to inquiries about products, pricing, and services.
- Participate in trade shows and sales meetings as required.
- Prepare proposals, sales packages, and expense reports.
- Keep customer records and prospect lists up to date.
- Provide input to help shape development strategies and marketing plans.
- Keep customers informed on product enhancements, changes, and innovations.
- College degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of sales experience in a similar role.
- Experience in wholesale distribution to industrial manufacturers (cabinet and millwork shops, door and window shops, casework, hospitality furniture, architectural woodwork, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with daily customer visits across the territory.
