Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on a unified sales framework for all business lines
• Standardize core sales processes and operating rhythms
• Create best practice programs and training for sales teams
• Partner with People and Culture for effective training programs
• Develop performance reporting and tracking systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field
• 8+ years in sales operations or commercial roles
• Direct experience in ag-tech or related industries
• Proven ability to influence sales strategies
• Strong understanding of CRM and sales metrics
