Key Responsibilities:
• Establish customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Convert leads by following up on quotes and inquiries
• Collaborate with team members during sales campaigns
• Ensure showroom presentation aligns with company standards
• Manage sales orders efficiently in our systems
Requirements:
• Experience in retail sales, textiles, or interior design
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Quick learner able to assess customer needs
• Willingness to work weekends
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
