Territory Sales Manager - Interior

My client is a new Canadian drinks company obsessed with building great brands — designing them, discovering them, scaling them. We’re launching two new RTD beverage alcohol brands into the Canadian market, and we’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Territory Sales Manager to help shape the future of the organization.

This isn’t your typical sales rep gig. This is ground‑floor energy, startup pace, and real ownership!

You’ll be the face of our brands in BC — building relationships, winning distribution, activating in market, and creating the kind of buzz that gets people talking. Think: tastings, events, strategic partnerships, retail wins, on‑premise momentum, and flawless execution. You’ll help shape how our brands show up, how they grow, and how we win.

You’re personable, competitive, and hungry. You thrive with autonomy. You love the beverage alcohol world and know how to move in it. You’re the type who rolls up your sleeves, builds relationships fast, and makes things happen.

• 5+ years in sales (beverage alcohol)
• Strong industry relationships (bonus points)
• Experience with retail + on‑premise accounts
• A strategic mind with tactical execution
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
