As a Facility Supplies Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in executing innovative sales strategies tailored for your assigned territory. Your mission is to empower OP sales representatives through training on products that maximize their success in sales calls. Collaboration will be key as you enhance account retention and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on sales strategies for the Facility Supplies category
• Train and support sales staff in closing deals
• Engage in joint sales efforts with Account Managers
• Conduct business reviews to introduce products
• Offer expertise to the Facility Supplies program
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferred
• Five years of relevant sales experience required
• Proficiency with Staples tools:
Alpha and Procurement Analyzer
• Expertise in jan/san, break room, and safety products
• Experience in training and demonstrations preferred
