Innovative Account Executive - SaaS Focus

Wisemonk seeks an Account Executive to take ownership of the full sales cycle, focusing on North American markets. You will effectively convert inbound leads while executing targeted outbound strategies into growing tech firms. Your expertise will help educate clients on the operational tradeoffs of employing talent in India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive conversion of inbound leads to successful deals
• Conduct outbound efforts to reach U.S. and Canadian clients
• Manage all stages of the sales process and negotiations
• Inform buyers on EOR benefits versus traditional hiring methods
• Keep CRM updated with sales forecasts and performance
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle account management
• Familiarity with global payroll and contractor management
• Strong communication skills in English
• Located in Canada, Mexico, or LATAM
