QP seeks an experienced Sales Manager ready to assume the Sales Director role focused on sales performance and team development. You will guide a talented team of Account Executives and SDRs, ensuring they meet key sales metrics while implementing effective strategies in B2B SaaS sales and Managed Service Provider (MSP) channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and expand the Account Executive and SDR teams
• Manage sales quotas and ensure KPI execution
• Implement structured operating rhythms and performance reviews
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize the sales funnel
• Refine sales processes and deliver precise forecasts
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS and sales management
• Proven success in hitting team quotas and building sales processes
• Strong leadership ability to foster team growth
• Skilled in CRM tools and sales methodologies
• Excellent communicator with a coaching mindset
