Sales Coordinator - Event Management

Join ENCORE's Event Technology team as a Sales Coordinator and drive sales for events! Cater to smaller scale events while providing outstanding service and administrative support.

In this role, you will focus on selling equipment and services for events under $5,000. You’ll manage sales orders, attend client meetings, and handle billing and customer follow-up. Prior events or sales experience will empower you to meet client needs and maximize revenue effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell smaller events like BEO bookings and exhibitions

• Ensure adherence to event profit guidelines

• Address client inquiries through various channels

• Follow up on client orders and post-event evaluations

• Keep CRM updated and accurate at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum High School diploma; BS/BA preferred

• 1+ years of relevant sales or event experience

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Technical proficiency in software tools

• Experience in technology, sales, or hospitality is advantageous
