The Senior Account Executive role encompasses leadership in sales efforts, managing relationships with key customers, and ensuring optimal service delivery. You will engage in direct communication while promoting Canfor’s offerings and addressing customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed sales goals with strategic customers
• Maintain customer order database efficiently
• Handle omni-channel customer interactions seamlessly
• Initiate outreach and follow-ups as necessary
• Participate in sales meetings and trade shows
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years in sales & marketing or lumber sales
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in a related field preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
