Description
Preferred candidates would have hands-on, technical and/or sales experience in the drilling industry. In addition, the candidate must be professional, self-motivated, team oriented, and possess the ability to simultaneously manage daily responsibilities and a growing customer base.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop new and continue to grow customer base in the assigned Sales Territory. Represent, Promote & and Educate customers for all
of the following drilling markets serviced by Hole Products:
Environmental, Geotechnical, Direct Push, Geothermal, HDD, Mineral
Exploration, Rotary, Sonic, Construction, and Water Well. - Working with and supporting the Hole Products team and location by generating leads, quotes, and sales, while constantly striving to
add new customers and grow the business with existing customers. - Educate customers and represent the Hole Products Advantage:
Tooling, Consumables, Service, Expertise, and Manufacturing at the
highest level. - Travel 75%+ of the time
- Territory Development
- Generate Sales Quotes and Follow-Ups
- Communicate with manufacturing and other vendors for product information and negotiate pricing
- Must be able to learn and become proficient on our company ERP software and E-commerce platform
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams.
- Represent the Hole Products Brand and Company in a professional manner.
- Attend Industry Trade Shows

- Previous Drilling and/or Sales Experience
