We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with 1-3 years in Sales or Marketing to become a key part of our Western Canada Sales team. You will ensure accurate sales tools, manage supply orders, and assist with invoicing to facilitate timely vendor payments. This position offers a collaborative environment with leading training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support field sales and strategic account teams daily
• Coordinate deployment of timely sales tools
• Manage supply order fulfillment through Pro Pack Canada
• Assist in PO generation and invoicing processes
• Contribute to effective communication within the sales team
Requirements:
• 1-3 years supporting Sales or Marketing teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift wine cases up to 45 lbs
